Crowds themselves aren't the problem — poorly managed crowds are. With the right planning you keep flow safe and pleasant.

Most incidents at busy venues aren't caused by ill will, but by bottlenecks. A badly placed bar, a too-narrow passage, an unclear route: small details with big consequences. Good crowd management therefore starts at the drawing board, not at the door.
Think in flows, not numbers
The total headcount tells you little. What matters is how people move: where they enter, where they want to go, and where counter-flows form. We map those flows in advance and staff accordingly.
The bottlenecks we always check
- Entrance and exit: never converging in the same spot.
- Cloakroom, bar, and toilets: known gathering points.
- Narrow passages and stairs: the first places to jam.
- The moment after the headline act, when everyone leaves at once.
Guide visibly, correct kindly
A team member in the right spot, calmly pointing the way, prevents more problems than ten cameras. Our people steer proactively and with a hospitable attitude, so visitors barely notice they're being guided.
